The photos can be submitted up to 3 days after the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format (3,000 pixels on the largest side). As long as they have photographers sending the

photos.

Search for facial recognition to find all your photos and for a bib when it's visible.

The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete.

Once you enter the number, the package becomes personal and non-transferable.

If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, please contact sac@fotop.pt, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event so that your request can be reprocessed.

If you wish to cancel the request, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event by emailing sac@fotop.pt. There will be no cancellation after this period.

If you don't have a minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you can request a refund within 30 days after the event via sac@fotop.pt and enter your order number. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period

The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days of the request using the payment method used in the request.
